Settler’s Point Chorus is a fun and welcoming group for 4th, 5th and 6th grade students who love to sing and make music together! Singing in a choir helps students build confidence, learn to work as a team, and develop musical skills—all while having a great time. During rehearsals, we learn about proper singing technique and explore rhythm, harmony, and expression as we prepare songs to perform at our district Elementary Choir Festival. Chorus is a wonderful way for students to share their voices, make friends, and experience the joy of making music as a group!

Settler’s Point Elementary Student Council serves as the voice of the student body, advocating for their needs and interests within the school community. The group is composed of dedicated young leaders from fourth through sixth grades willing to volunteer their time to a cause greater than themselves. Members are selected by their teachers and peers. The council organizes various events, fundraisers, and initiatives aimed at enhancing school spirit, fostering a sense of belonging, and promoting positive change. From organizing fun-filled spirit weeks to leading community service projects, the elementary student council plays a pivotal role in shaping a vibrant and inclusive school environment where every student feels valued and empowered to make a difference.

The SPE Kindness Club is open to students in Preschool to 6th grade. The Kindness Club helps students highlight positive character traits such as caring and respect. The club encourages students to think about what they can do to foster kindness on campus, in our community, and in their lives. We practice and promote kindness through recognizing kind acts and creating projects to help our school and local community.
